The stall tactics are ridiculous. I refuse to send them multiple selfies as this is obviously their way of prolonging the payout time and nothing more. Before you know it, they'll want me to stand on one leg, while touching my nose and holding my ID. I've had an account with them for close to 20 years so they definitely know who I am.

That's because I'm becoming a crotchety old man and the principle is more important to me. In all seriousness though, I don't have an issue at all with having my account verified and can understand if a book wants to reverify after a length of time for the protection of their customers. However, they are clearly using the additional verification as a way to stall payment. I did go ahead and send the additional information and hope that they will maintain their end of the agreement.

Sure, I get it. But I've been dealing with these things for a long time. I don't let this shit get to me because the constant stress would make my life miserable. If they're trying to stall payment, just be satisfied knowing that you're not going to wager that money and let them win. Be patient. Beat the book.

Received payout today via LTC. 7 days in total after jumping through a couple of hoops. Not great, but not horrendous either. They do pay.

They may have paid you but they should be avoided. Any book that slow pays and uses KYC as a means to hassle their customers should not be supported. 7 days is way too long.
