It's not bad out here and there are opportunities depending on what you wanted to do

It's the New Yorkers & Bostonian's moving to the Gulf side that's been the biggest increase and in speaking with them, what changes their "ideology" is their view of or trust in people changes, to a distrusting POV, when they finally have to drive daily to get places.

No more train, bus, cab, walk.

Suddenly they see people, the masses, for the unstable/ untrusting/ inconsistent decision makers they are, and suddenly the idea of communal policy with the jerk off that stops at a yellow or the prick that has the jacked up truck or the little q-tip behind the wheel of the 00's Lincoln, the idea of sharing their POV or space, becomes revolting and they turn Conservative...but they don't tell anyone.

Traffic is a game changer for one's mindset.
