In the South (LA) while doing some temporary work, I noticed (and partook) in their drive-thru daiquiri shacks that you can drive up and buy. All they do is place a thin layer of scotch tape on top with a straw. Now if the South basically have an open container and drink 'n drive attitude, I'm sure some drinking 'n voting is A-OK.
