Yes, hours before you posted this the first time Shams Charania of the The Athletic reported that league sources were saying Draymond has started counseling and they expect him out for at least the next three weeks.
Doesn't mean he'll be back then but they are saying he won't be back sooner.
KVer, My Dude.
hand on my heart i did not see this anywhere online nor did i search for it. my response was to Trooper's mention of Dray expected back right after 1/1.
i simply used what i believe is common sense, that one does not return from something like this in just a few weeks (4 incidents in 13 mos and he would only be out a two to three weeks?) makes no sense to me. this whole fiasco is a major deal. probably a minimum of 30 days so one month, just for the optics of it for other teams, players, and the media and fans.
this is just common sense to me.
all i saw was Trooper saying that it was his belief or per his source, what-have-you, that Dray would return right after 1/1. then i went searching and sure enough Adrian Wojnarowski said exactly what Trooper said so either his source told him or his source was just regurgitating what AJ already reported. we will never know.
here is what i am saying on my own accord:
Dray does not return until 1/13 or later and it will be 15 games missed.
i do not see anyone anywhere predicting 15 games missed. i first suggested 10 games but that was prior to the suspension. now, post indefinite suspension, i am seeing 15 games.
i am not searching online, but i have not seen this reported anywhere.
it is Homie1975 common sense, that the optics of such a quick return right after 1/1 look really bad. like really really really bad. like Olivia Rodrigo saying like like like like like.
really bad.
