I used to love watching Dr Les Onaka do the quarter horses from Los Al at night on the weekend.

Those quarter horse races are so addicting. A 13-second rush like me my sophomore year in high school

It’s a lot of work staying under the radar at the rebate shops if one does any sort of winning.

I know usa racebooks have a few rebate shops but very state restricted

but they have a roll over requirement on rebates
