Trevor Bauer is appealing the suspension, which would encompass the rest of 2022, all of 2023 and some of the 2024 season.

Kind of amazing how this was handled. Compare it to Patriots owner Robert Kraft and his visits to the Jupiter, FL "message parlor" to work out the stiffness.

Just doesn't seem fair to Bauer.

So this was over the course of two encounters. That would mean it happened once and she went back for more a second time.

That means the court didn't find any probable cause to file the case. But what's weird is, it happened both to a San Diego and Ohio woman? Two possible victims against Bauer?
