I saw a Chinese family buy a baby bear in a cage and put it in their car and drover back over the border to China, I had no idea what was happening when I first saw it. It was around 9pm, I left the casino, wandering out and about, there were a lot of restaurants in this concentrated area, there were Rolls Royces, Ferarri's and two Bugatti's parked along the road at the exit of this casino, there was a crowd of people watching something so I went over to see it, it was monkey being electrocuted, I was in shock, then the chef took it and I asked someone, what was happening, they said when the customer buys it, they watch it get killed and then they cook the brains, the served them at the restaurant... crazy stuff, different world.

A pet bear? Hopefully it mauls the entire fam and teaches them a lesson. More than likely though it will be desensitized and live a miserable captivated life.

wild bears kept in cages for sale, then killed and eaten, maybe kept as pets but usually killed, they have big festivals and then kill the bear. Bear bile farms are a thing , but the pangolins are unreal , suffering etc, it is pretty unreal to see this stuff..

What is even crazier, where I live there are rich people who are into buying Rhino horn, the last 3 years the price has skyrocketed, the current price here is $90-110k USD , for Asian, African is a little cheaper, but I know a guy who bought 50k worth of horn last year and made medicine out of it, They have some crazy thought that it treats and kills illnesses. Vietnam I think is the #1 consumer in the world for Rhino Horn. Lots of busts here, but it is all over here.
