How many of you have worked in fast food. I did it for years in middle/high school when my parents owned a Dairy Queen. 80% of the customers are easy to deal with. The other 20% are complete nut jobs and treated us like idiots no matter how hard you tried to please them. I bet the % is worse these days.

It seems as though more and more people these days feel the right to go off the deep end and bitch and moan when anything goes wrong with their order, even the smallest error. Its like a catharsis for them.... Their own life sucks so they want to find someone else who they can put down and make themselves feel more important.
