Not sure what to do here, other than filing a complaint. If it was a large amount I probably would, but for $120 maybe not worth it. The thing is it appears to me that this is their new policy, all the results I've checked that paid all, they were all listed in their results as having a winner with all selections correct. I play a lot of these type of bets, there's no point in betting there if they are going to pay a quarter or less of the actual payoff. Just trying to warn others ahead of time who may play there as well.

And to be posting the following results as if someone had the correct ticket is just too unbelievable. I would have shit the bed if i had multiple correct tickets here and didn't get paid for them all

I have to agree. I have not heard a sound reason why all winning tickets are not being recognized. Almost seems like they are being graded by someone that doesn’t understand what they are doing.
I mean, if they charged you for each ticket, they were able to recognize it then. But not now??
Just doesn’t make sense. It’s not big money but that’s not the point at all.
They seem to dismiss the inquiry without explanation. They had no problem in accepting the bet and the amount of combinations that had them arrive at a total owed. Why can’t they now see how many combinations ended up correct?
I just don’t get it.

Neither do I. Talked to several CS as well as a supervisor and always got the same answer. There was a winning ticket which you had and paid $57.25 for .20c. Was like talking to robots who had no desire to listen. Just weird, as I've played races there for 15 years, and been paid many times for all. Almost seems as if they've changed the provider from which they get their results. Asked the supervisor where they got their results, and she said Equibase. As far as I can see Equibase provides North American as well as some foreign results, but not Australia. This is the problem with offshore now, they can say whatever they want and there is no way to contradict it. Bookmaker did something similar a couple of years ago, and stopped paying for "all" unless you had the actual correct ticket, if not, you got nothing. No notification in T@C, only found out about it when I didn't get paid. Stopped playing there as well.

It sounds like a rehearsed company line. You had the winning ticket and you got paid.
That is great to hear. But you had multiple winning tickets.
A machine that was capable of printing that ticket would also be able to recognize that it had multiple winning tickets.
This is so absurd, it's like slap stick comedy. Who's on 1st stuff.
There has to be someone there that can explain the position correctly unless they are just no trying to.
I would call everyday until someone could show me which ticket sequence WAS the winning ticket and why the other identical sequences were NOT.

I wonder if you had punched in the numbers separately instead of hitting the ALL button, if their software would pick up the difference. I would assume that answer would be"of course it would".

Mention that and see what they say.

I would ask that question .
