He does make it himself. I love spicy beef noodles. Those noodles are better than the regular pho noodles!

Being in the SF Bay Area, we have every type of restaurant available. On a 4 block stretch in my neighborhood, we have Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, American, Greek, Hawaiian, Jamaican, Mexican, and I'm sure I'm missing some.
My favorite noodles are Bun Rieu and Bun Bu Hue.

bruhhh my mom made bun rieu last week! its very similar to bun bo hue but is seafood instead (for anyone curious).

you have great taste buds though, cause everytime i introduce bun rieu or bun bo hue to someone, they say its "too much"

you definitely have the hookup when it comes to food sheeesh
