That and his own defense attorney admitting to the jury during closing arguments that "violence" was a part of Diddy's life. The judge specifically mentioned that point.

Judge is saying possibly October for sentencing but it may be sooner. They meet again next week to set a date.

The prosecution is dragging it out.

They said, there is additional information that needs to be investigated before presenting it to the judge for sentencing. That and obtaining statements from the people involved in the "prostitution charges" that he was found guilty of, will take time. I'm sure they will try to keep him locked up for as long as possible.

The comments from the judge during the bail hearing didn't sound promising for Diddy. I'm not sure he's going to see much leniency from the judge when it comes to jail time.
