I just want to see the video where JLo is getting passed around all night. She took a train all night according to rumours and this is what caused Affleck to divorce her. He saw the tape.

Poor guy probably had his heart kicked out.

This is entirely opinion, which is fine, and some wild speculation too. Great, do it all day long, but be self aware.

I never said bad things happened, I wasn't there, remember?

I did see the hotel video though, and that we can all agree is bad. But it's still an opinion.

But crimes are crimes whether you think they are bad or not.
My apologies, when I say bad things, I mean those that are traditionally perceived to be that such as drugs & sex parties

I agree with what philly mentioned about consenting adults and have also read other ‘experts’ point that out

And as for turning ppl into stars in exchange sleeping with them, it may not be right, but it’s been going on since the beginning of show business

Seems they are pulling a ‘Trump’ on him and throwing anything & everything at him just to be sure

He should definitely be charged for beating women, any rape that could have happened, or underage stuff.
But all of those other things ate going on every weekend at high profile parties in Miami South Beach etc

Again…. This is all about protecting & preventing certain names from coming out, more than it is about Diddy himself

read the forfeiture allegations too.

They want his shit and if something happened in some room in some building, work or home, and he owns that building, they want that building.

They want to clean him out by tying his empire, and the illegal activites he did in protection of it, to his crimes.
Hell yeah it’s New York, that’s what they do now lol

One quick point....

Ghislaine Maxwell.

What happened to her? She was Epstien's right hand

She got silenced without being suicided.

Could the same happen with Diddy?

What’s your thoughts on how it doesn’t?

Death?

How do they ever let him out?

He doesn’t seem like the type who will keep his mouth shut and not spill all beans (names) 😬

They had him on suicide watch but that was a type of protocol and procedure and his attorney said he wasn't suicidal.

They do it with all high profile cases, supposedly.

For now he maintains his defense and it looks like he's willing to use his money to take it to trial.

That said, as an actual trial could get closer, he may be conviced to take some kind of plea.

It could take years to get to a trial.

They got Trump for an enhanced charge by saying his crime of accounting was done to cover up another crime.

And they got away with it without him actually being charged or found guilty of the other crime. It may have been wrapped up in the decision, but it's a reach for an enhancement.

I think they have a lot in store for Diddy and his wealth.
The crime that they said he tried to cover up was when he gave money to Stormy to shut her up it was considered by the court as an illegal campaign contribution to himself. It doesn't get any dumber than that.

@Wagerallsports I feel like you don't really know what Diddy is charged with, or maybe not the process.

Grand jury saw some evidence, maybe not all, just what the prosecution wanted or needed to show, and chose to bring criminal charges.

Now I know prosecutors are good at manipulating grand juries, but there is some real meat on this bone. I feel like your posts don't reflect that.

Please read the indictment.

Please know that this indictment comes down because there is real evidence, not he said she said type stuff, that some pretty crazy crimes occurred.

You might think they are parties, but they are crimes.

Here is the indictment...

Please pay attention to OVERVIEW #3 in particular.

When it says "COMBS ensured participation form the women by, among other things, obtaining and distributing narcotics to them, etc etc..."

That is, by definition, "Cosbyin'" somebody.

Read more, he also beat the shit out of women. There is video.

Is that a party?
I always like to presume a person is innocent. I've seen too many people get framed for something they didn't do.

Specifically, when it says the following:
"COMBS ensured participation from the women by, among other things, obtaining and distributing narcotics to them, etc etc..."

To me, that doesn't mean he forced the narcotics on the women like Cosby did. If he forced them onto the women it should say so. In my opinion, it's trying to frame (there's that word) the situation that the women's inhibitions were loosened because of the alcohol and drugs.

"Candy is dandy but liquor is quicker."

There doesn't need to be much for a Grand Jury to pass it along for trial.

This is just the indictment, but that wording does mean he forced it. That's the crime the indictment is referring to. It states he "ensured" participation, which means he made the event happen.

Not unlike what Cosby did. We are beyond "loosened inhibitions" at this stage, this about the girls losing control or even passing out, or going in and out of consiousness.

Again, like Cosby did.

It's possible, if not likely, that some weren't even aware they were being given some drugs, whether they took some on their own or not.

The grand jury was probably shown evidence of some kind but drugging girls for the purpose of keeping them there, or for the purposes of assault, would be a crime.

And to add to it, it's not just drugs. It can be a crime to use your power within the company to influence someone to do something, or to entice them.

Seems like some of the indictment refers to quid pro quo sexual harrasment laws but those are civil matters.

Might be there to further establish his attempt to control people.

In a Sept. 17 letter to the judge arguing for Combs to be jailed until he is brought to trial, U.S. Attorney Damian Williams claims his office has "the testimony of dozens of witnesses and victims to his serial
abuse, and evidence from dozens of his own electronic devices and those of his co-conspirators."

Investigators have taken in more than 90 cellphones, laptops, cloud storage accounts as well as at least 30 storage devices. They issued more than 300 grand jury subpoenas to obtain this evidence from communications providers, tech and social media companies, financial institutions and Combs' companies.

"Dozens of victims and witnesses have provided detailed, credible, and corroborated information against the defendant. These individuals include many who personally experienced and witnessed violence and other crimes at the hand of the defendant," Williams wrote. These witnesses have financial, travel and communications records to back up testimony, he said.

More grand juries are being called and more arrests could be made. Prosecutors will likely be trying to get his partners in crime to turn or face charges.

A man is indeed innocent until proven guilty but they are bringing the heat in this one.

My humble opinion...Diddy's done.
