95% of all cases brought by prosecutors end in a conviction. They don't bring charges unless they are convinced of a guilty verdict. I realize he could be in the 5% but the evidence we've heard about so far sounds very damning.

- Witnesses to the criminal acts.
- The guns with the serial numbers filed off.

I'd be shocked if he's not found guilty. The only question would be if he pleads to get lesser charges.

According to the charges, I think its more about people being invited to a party, then being drugged and forced into the sex parties without their consent. Afterwards, those same people were being blackmailed by the videos that were made of them to continue to participate.

A former security guard commented, "If you drank or smoked anyghing at Diddy's parties, it was laced with drugs".
