Yep I remember that.He sent me a weird pm asking me if I needed money.LOL We all need money but he said if I needed cash to let him know.He came into cash somewhere along the way & it waswell after Shrink passed.

When I was a mod at EOG we would have group calls everyone on the same line together

It was a battle for power between blondie & mofome, and both were jealous of ken bringing on Journeyman (Former TheRx mod)
Mofo really wasn't the problem though in much of the chaos that started there. It was blondie.
You guys happen to remember another female there by the name of Yummy?
I was friends and co-employer with here in real life.
Here and blondie also became real-life friends later.
So much to be told here fellas....
I wish he was there that night and they ran his fuckin’ ass over. A little bit of justice in the world would’ve appeared.

Won a big bet or maybe the lottery but blew all of it. Just a natural born fake tough guy.
Was on a few of those calls when it was a wider attendance. I remember The Devil and Munson joined in. Met the two of them for golf once at Munson’s house - what a blast that was! Was around 2008.
Blondie and I were in touch a lot in those days when we first became Mod’s. She was fun to work with. Haven’t heard from her in many years now.
The General and Dirty helped me a lot when I was getting started also. I’m still connected with Dirty, but haven’t talked with Pete in a lot of years.
Bucsfan was always a good guy, as well as Jimmy Hoffa who was also with us then.
Journeyman - ah I recall when Shrink finally invited him on board. Brought him into the back room and our calls. Not well received at first but was interesting and shook things up a while. I remember when Shrink was on the phone with me “Journeyman just posted a photo of a big penis! Did you see it?” Hah - I knew then I wasn’t staying on top of things enough.
Lots I still think about from those days. We did the best we could with all we had. And then it all came tumbling down.
Was a great guy. Last I recall, he was scaling back on gambling (in general) and I guess the forums scaled back with that.
I have not talked with Munson since The Devil (Fred) passed. Fred was fun to meet also. Lot of old bookmaking stories then.
My days at EOG came to a gradual end during the tougher times. Most of the paid staff was sharply let go at one point (including me). I tried staying as a volunteer for a while more - just out of fun doing it and trying to be loyal. But eventually Ken and mofome got to me enough where I started losing my cool.
I remember when I told mofome I was taking a week off hoping it would help. When I came back, it didn’t take long to get frustrated again. One night I started going off on things Ken was saying, and he flat out asked me if I still wanted to be with EOG or not. I said I guess not and instantly my access was all deleted.
Don’t get me wrong there though. Both Ken and Joe (mofome) were there for me over those years. I thought of Ken as a lot of things then - a friend, a boss, a mentor, a rival (at times), and he was even my agent for WSEX. When he passed, I was sad and wished we could have patched things up one last time. Still recall those final eerie posts of Ken’s and you knew something wasn’t right.
Joe (mofome) also had my back and helped recommend me to SBR when I was looking to get hired as a writer there. He stuck up for me in a big way even after all my frustration at EOG. Wish we also could have stayed friends but it became tough with lots that all went on. My jump to SBR couldn’t have worked out any better. Much like when I jumped to EOG from the Rx, it was a big rebirth and my most enjoyable/productive forum years.
