Its sad the guy was injured but this is kind of a ridiculous lawsuit.

How far do you take this crap?

• He should sue maker of his cleats for not providing the proper grip on these type mats.
• Sue the punter returner for the chargers for making moves that lead to Aaron Patrick having to enter this "hazardous area".
• Sue the Denver punter for placing the ball in an area of the playing field that could have lead to players being injured.
• blah, blah, blah....

Did Aaron Patrick make a survey of the field area to identify potential hazards on and around the field that should be avoided? If not, isn't he at fault for not understanding the hazards of his job area?
