I requested a payout from Bettorsden 16 days ago, verified account & did everything on my end is clean. I've spoken to live multiple times and all I get is the same line every day:

"Your payout is in queue, were doing our best to speed it up"

There's been no confirmation, no email, and no timeline. Just stall after stall. I asked for escalation to a supervisor and was told "we already sent it to the payout team" & still nothing

I've already posted on SBR, REDDIT, and submitted complaints elsewhere. Other players are reporting the same issue. This looks less like a delay and more like a growing pattern.

Has anyone actually been paid recently?
And if a BMR rep sees this please help put pressure on them before this turns into a full blown scam.

There have been a couple fairly small payouts recently. But many people are also experiencing the same thing you are. The slow paying started about a month ago. I know one guy that's in a similar situation as you. Has been waiting for a payout for 15 days.

Appreciate the info. Do you know what they been telling him? Like any actual signs of progress or no?

Yeah that's the smart thing to do tell the whole world so there's an even bigger run on the bank.
If a couple forums posts are enough to send them into a "run on the bank" they were never stable to begin with. This isn't a mom and pop bakery. It's a sportsbook sitting on 6+ figures of user funds. If they can't survive a few players asking where their money is, that's a red flag, not my problem. Silence only helps them stall more people.

If you announce to the world that a book is having payout issues you create a run on the bank. If you keep quiet than the book can continue to rob people. It's a double edged sword.

Exactly. If forums posts alone are enough to push them over the edge, they were already on borrowed time. Transparency protects players silence only helps them stall longer. A stable book wouldn't be this fragile. Exposing payout delays is the only leverage players have before it's to late.
