Not in Wisconsin. A NG plea by mental disease means he goes to an institution for the duration of the sentences associated w his crimes. As with those same charges, he'd be eligible in 25 years to petition for parole (as he would w murder charges) so this is just a waste of time by the DA.

They should plea this out

We are learning something here. It's always my instinct to run away and not to engage in any insane people for I know I have no fight against them in the legal system.

Its too bad its so late in the day because it won't take long to find him guilty.

They will have to go through 76 counts one by one. That will take time. But, each individually count will take about 30 seconds.

I say by 2-3 Wednesday he'll be found guilty of everything.
