Customer service has gotten better

I’ve played here for 10 years or more. For whatever reason during the Covid years the customer service took a downturn but last year or so they’ve gotten a lot better. I think they have hired some new, friendlier and more knowledgeable staff. Payouts have never been a problem. You just have to realize they aren’t going to pay in an hour or two. Might be a few days. But zero chance of getting stiffed like some twitter and PPH books that pop up nowadays.
