thanks everyone. turned out all good.

the prep is gross. the drink is like dishwashing liquid and literally makes you shit everything stuck in your body since you were eating solid food. then you have to drink a ton if water with it too.

you can do colorguard and mail it in. my primary doc also uses another service. the only thing is it is not always effective to catch pre cancers. i hope they get better with it cause this sucked. i wanted this as a baseline and cause my dad passed from fatty liver turning to cirrhosis from his weight. my dad was a big big big dude sadly but it made him who he was.

the procedure is fine. you feel the warmth and sleep. nice i had a big booty nurse wake me. she had a bbL and it looked delicious.

Normally, they will ask you to fast before the process, right? Not anymore?

Oh yes for this doctor I had to not eat anything Sunday. Only light colored liquids and ices and gelatin.

I also was recommended to eat lighter for a week before with no high fiber foods such as salads, nuts, seeds, etc. I did stick with this also. This guy had a lot of rules whereas I know other docs are different.

Betting less or more should be determined as a seasonal change, not game by game. Just a little tip for you as I have failed to do that in previous years and it has cost me a lot of money.

you are right. i meant it moreso i did it at 3% and did not do it at a 5%.
