If you work for a company that pays well, has great benefits and treats employees with dignity and respect with an independent resolution board, you may not need a union, but most do not have this anymore and with all the right to work laws that have passed the last 35 years a worker usually needs a collective bargaining agreement to be treated fairly.Had this argument all my life. Realized that it comes down to using people's pride against them. They honestly think that they can work harder than thousands of Mexicans and are smarter than thousands of Asians etc. They actually convince people to look out for multiple billion dollar corporations instead of themselves or their fellow worker.
