No I think Angel Reese is more of a stat padder than Clark. Clark does things to help her team win while Reese is busy chasing double doubles.

Curious to know how many of Reese's boards are from her own shots.

Clark might seem like she's padding stats, but she's just playing ball. You don't pad stats making those turnovers. She carries a very heavy load for that team, especially as a rookie. Good thing is she has Boston, a very important component.

What she is accomplishing with the teammates she has is amazing

Indiana had the #1 overall pick this year for good reason. Because they sucked.
And the year before that they were 5-31

The talent around her isn’t very good but she’s actually making them better as the year progresses.

Although Angel Reese may be the one exception with her intentional misses under the rim to grab offensive rebounds, I always find the ‘Padding Stats” argument funny

1. Padding stats is known for being done by players late in games usually when the match has already been decided

2. If it were that easy to ‘Pad Stats’ then every player in existence would be doing it to improve their contracts and pay

The idea & accusation is very fitting in today’s world though in all we do is find a way to downplay each other
