Fever are playing well tonight in the 1Q vs Atlanta.
The only problem I see is...

Clark in the game, Fever rack up the points.
Clark subs out, Fever slowly loses lead.
Clark back in, lead builds.

Its the first WNBA game I've watched this season but Fever are clicking. 36 points in 1Q.

And here’s a perfect example why the Indiana Fever has sucked much worse befite Cautlin Clark arrived, and how petty WNBA players are

Her own teammate more worried about personal stats than simply winning.,.

Indiana Fever Teammate Throws Jab At Teammate Caitlin ClarkAfter the game

NaLyssa Smith is currently in her third season with the Indiana Fever. She was selected with the No. 2 overall pick in the 2022 draft out of Baylor. Along with the rest of the Fever, Smith has found her stride during their four-game win streak.

Late in Friday's win against the Atlanta Dream, rookie Caitlin Clark stole a rebound right out of Smith's hands, robbing her of a double-double. Smith was noticeably annoyed with Clark's actions but didn't make a massive scene while the game progressed.

After the game, Smith and Clark both participated in a postgame interview. When Smith was responding to a question, she gently shaded Clark.

"I'm trying to get back to double-doubles every game," Smith said as she glanced over at Clark. Fever coach Christie Sidesl laughed at Smith's comments, and Clark looked ashamed, staring down at the table in front of her.

I think it was more of a joke from Smith. She played well but in reality she only got close to the double-double because Boston got into foul trouble and played ~10 min below her avg.

I agree tank kinda a joke but she was serious at the same time

How many times have we heard NBA players be asked about a personal stat after they reply “We got the win and that’s all that matters”

With all the crap being talked about Clark by WNBA players on interviews and social media, you think she'd argue back but, NOPE. She keeps her head above all the BS and stays professional.

It kind of shows you what kind of person she is and more importantly, all the BS shows you what kind of people the others are.
