Even though I am Cajun, I am not a big fan of Popeye's or Cain's. Most down here like one or the other or both. I eat at more locally owned places than chain restaurants, so I strongly favor that level of chicken.

I like my chicken with more than a lil bit of a dose of Cajun spice. I haven't had Church's in years, but I do love a good biscuit and that one looked pretty good.

The quality at every one of the places you guys mentioned varies because it highly depends on the employees working at each & every location

The workers at these fast food chicken restaurants matter so much more than those at burger joints

Out of laziness and/or incompetence, some of them will cook too much food ahead of time and it sits there
