I don't believe Republicans support what is right for Israel. Trump also doesn't truly support Israel; he supports Netanyahu, who most Israelis hate.
It's pretty obvious to anyone that Netanyahu wants the war to continue because it means he can stay in power longer. He was about to be held accountable before October 2023. If you want to look into "conspiracy theories" that may have some legs, going down that path might be worthwhile.
My stance on the issue is that Israel has every right to destroy Hamas, and they are doing a shitty job of doing that -- for a lot of reasons. Some of it is their fault, and some of it is not their fault.
Trump moved the embassy to Jerusalem as a political move. It was obviously not a smart move in terms of what actually benefits Israel.
I think Trump sold a bag of lies to Jewish people because he's a politician and that's what his job is. He did a great job
