Yeah I am starting to think he is the type of qb that looks good in gym shorts but when the lights shine brightest he doesnt get the job done

He needs a new coaching staff IMO. Then we can see if he can lead the Chargers to the promised land. I think he can IMO.

At some point, we have to stop blaming everything around him and acknowledge that he has been disappointing individually as well

The elite QB's (Mahomes, Burrow, etc) are able to flourish even when circumstances are not ideal (if healthy)

Herbert is not in that class. He's in that group with Dak, etc.

Yes this is becoming a thing for him. Last two seasons, he has regressed quite a bit. I do think the window of becoming elite is still a possibility for him at only 25.

Oh 100% I'm surprised Staley still has a job to be honest. The guy is a total stooge

Mahomes is not playing great, though he's been decently effective as a runner and has quite possibly the worst WR corp in the league. I know that's blaming surroundings, but the drop rate of those guys is by far the worst in the league

Mahomes was throwing a fit more out of frustration than anything, IMO

That’s not really an outlandish statement, so I don’t necessarily disagree with it, but I would say the outcome is still pending. We don’t know yet.
