I still believe Ohio St is the best team in the country , but N.Dame has to be #2. Both Penn St and N.Dame have solid defences , but The Irish have a balanced attack that Penn St cant match. With Penn St's strength being its running game , it plays into the strength of the Irish defence imo , even with the absence of start D Lineman Riley Mills. I am assuming that both RB Love and DE Abdul Carter will both be suited up and available tonight. I think the Irish D will do what Boise St had trouble containing, and keep Penn State's running game in check. Even Boise State put up over 300 yds passing once Penn St chose to load the box to contain RB Jeanty. The Irish have the ability to use Leonard's arm and legs if Penn St chooses to do the same.

Ive been a die hard fan since 1982. My buddy got a hockey scholarship in South Bend, so we did road trips 2 or 3 times a season. Those SEC beatdowns were embarrasing to say the least ( I think Bama and Georgia won by 40+ those 2 years )

That hurdle has been cleared now.....

Should be 2 good games tonight and tomorrow.......and roll right into the NFL weekend.
