terrible tragedy. heartbreaking to see how people knew they were going to die and had no choice but to let it come. then add in the children aspect and it is beyond sad.

i can't swim for shit. drowning like that seems like an absolute nightmare.

What is amazing is HEB.....

For those that don't know HEB is a statewide Grocery chain. They started in Texas and is dedicated to Texans. They were on the road to Kerr County and surrounding areas with convoys of disaster relief trucks (food/water/gasoline/generators) before the state or federal organizations had a clue....

Sadly, New Mexico is a blue state so don't expect the federal response like Texas (red state) gets.

I can't describe how bad I feel for those parents.

should of been better warning systems in place somebody really dropped the ball sad it takes a major tragedy get things fixed for the next time

I completely agree. It’s heartbreaking, and my heart truly goes out to those families. No parent should ever have to face that kind of pain.
