Feels like the best of the ineffiencies are getting knocked out already.

Be hard to hang a line with no shot clock. Anytime there's a discrepency between teams, the lesser team could just hold the ball and hope to steal it.

Spreads would be harder to create and to bet into because of a significant lack of data.

The concepts of pace and possessions in such an environment would be wild.
