kid was guilty of being stupid… yes! Come on Dude … ever hear of a “Beard”?
But he lost Millions because of a 4 figure bet …

Doesn't add up in my opinion….

like a kid getting busted for smoking weed …

very sharp line to draw about members getting down, regulating that, then getting some serious scratch from SportsBook on the ass end…

I hear ya - but isn't this case a perfect case study for young dudes coming into the league to look at? Essentially: "hey don't risk it for the incredibly small biscuit....because you're going to screw up your ability to earn the incredibly large biscuit" ...juice shouldn't be worth the squeeze for these guys!

Its in the NFLPA contract. Here is the pertinent part...
Its pretty restrictive. Section 1 is on NFL betting. Section 2 pretty much says not sports betting.

The guy violated the NFL contract. Done.

activities, regardless of whether such activities are legal:

1. Betting on Football: All NFL Personnel are prohibited from placing, soliciting, or facilitating

participant, or any other kind of “proposition bet” on which wagering is offered.

idk all the rules for NFL, but I love the excessive celebrations. Listen I sell cars, I've sold cars for 11 years and sold over 2500 cars. I still get excited and happy when I sell a car. It's my job, but I'm happy because that what makes me money

so when players accomplish their job...a sack on QB, a TD catch or run, whatever it is. CELEBRATE THE FUKK OUT OF IT. It's great for the game. Taunting is different. Celebrate with team mates all day every day and don't throw a fukking flag on the play

i think people will be less worked-up over that stuff with the faster-pace game we'll be getting this season (that is, of course, if major league baseball doesn't screw this up....always a chance of that!)
