This. I drink light beer too because of the calories you can save on each beer it’s not like there’s less alcohol content in the light beer. Light beer gets a bad rap from the true beer enthusiast, but I’m just out here trying to be as healthy as I can, so I choose not to drink it.They def taste great but bro drink ten of those and wake up with a massive beer gut fat as fukk as soon as the next morning. I can pound light beers and do light workouts and show no signs of drinking. Regular beer and craft especially will put weight on you in literally a few days time. I could be lifting an hour a day while drinking regular beer on the reg and wouldn't get hardly any results. Just be burning off all those Carbs.
