Looking to take a chunk out of my book but I hate to do these when BTC is plummeting. Don't like to leave too much in anywhere nowadays. Only other option is Litecoin. How do you guys handle this situation? Just wait for a recovery in price?
Just get it out of the book especially if it is an offshore book. If you are an American and can play at legal books in your home state that is the best bet. Get your money out, keep it in BTC for now.

I play both legal and offshore but legal books here only have value for props mainly. I much prefer offshore for overall value. I don't really keep much in BTC at all. Just use it for transfering mostly.

That's my concern. I always seem to be withdrawing at the worst times.
Back when I used Coinbase, it seems like every time I withdrew from there, it was delayed and it wouldn’t get processed for a couple of days at the worst timing and I would lose money.

So glad to have moved on from that place

I have an account there but never really used them. Seemed like a lot of negatives. Using Kraken lately .I like them but they do have some rules delaying transfers for security reasons I guess.
