Why would it matter what someone from Finland thinks about an American in Russia?

I'm American and although I think it would be nice for her to get home, I don't like that her supporters act we if she did nothing wrong in a country that doesn't tolerate such, and don't believe we should trade the farm for her

That's the superiority complex. She is an American so she didn't do anything wrong

I think what she did was insignificant, and she should be released, and sent back to America.

Everything she says makes perfect sense, but then again I do believe if the two countries had better relations, Griner would've been freed by now.

It would, if viewed from a POV that GOD, not GOVERNMENT, gives individuals rights & sovereignty.
