No issue with Russians unless you're located in Russia, then it's probably a red flag for them if they even allow Russian residents at all.

Yes, I’m in Russia, they let Russians in, they said no problem! These screenshots were taken at the beginning of April. Every time I write, they answer the same thing. Almost a month has already passed.

Unless you're not telling us something, I would be shocked if it's not resolved within a week or two.
