Players please beware, I realize Bookmaker is a reputable sportsbook and I actually really like the site etc. However, I'm frustrated with a couple of things, which I thought I should share. On 2/12/22, I made a depsoit of ~ $28K and ran my account up to $1.7M playing sports. During that time, my BetPoints were deactivated for no reason, other then I was on a massive winning streak. The other issue is their payout methods, which max out a $100k per month and there are zero exceptions. Therefore, it would have taken me over 1 1/2 years to withdrawl my funds. If that is the case, why deactivate my BetPoints, which would have resulted in Tens of thousands of dollars, since I was risking upwards of $500-$1M a day in wagers. Below is the email I sent to their management, but have yet to receive a response.
To Whom It May Concern,
First off, I would like to take the time to acknowledge, I believe your company is the best online sportsbook in the business, period. That said, I do have some concerns that I would like to share with management.

I’ve been a player for nearly 35 years and had both good and bad experiences with online sportsbooks as well as bookies. There are pros and cons to both methods, as far as I’m concerned, the differentiator is the live gaming model which can only be entertained by online or brick and mortar casinos. However, the online platform allows you to play at any time, which makes it the most convenient and efficient method. The largest and most consistent con with online gambling is the ability/inability to withdraw funds in a timely manner.
My first issue is with the withdrawal limits that Bookmaker provides for Crypto/Bitcoin, which is $25k per day M-Fri and a maximum of $100k per month. Now, for anyone familiar with the Crypto market knows there are no processor restrictions, which is what your customer service agents specify. As a player/client, I’m able to deposit up to $1M via Bitcoin in a day without any issue. However, as a customer I’m restricted to withdraw $25k per day $100k per month. I believe the process put in place by your management is designed to ensure a player continues playing (knowing they will eventually lose back a portion or majority of those funds) as well as limits Bookmaker’s exposure to cash flow issues. I realize these rules are specified in your disclaimer, but often these details are overlooked by consumers.
Recently, I had funds of $1.5M - $1.7M in my account, but in theory if I wanted to withdraw my winnings it would take me over 1 ½ years, which is ludicrous!
My second issue is regarding bonus and promotional offers. The rules are stated below on your website, as followed:
10.2 Rollover rules must be met in full as stipulated on each individual promotion before any withdrawal can be made.
10.3 BookMaker reserves the right to exclude any customer from any specific promotion, or entirely from all promotional offers, including the BetPoints™ Rewards Program, at any time and without warning for any reason, including abuse or violation of the terms and conditions of the promotion(s) or program.
Initially, I had access to both deposit and BetPoints rewards on my account. However, after a significant winning streak both methods were deactivated. In turn, customer support did not provide an explanation, but did indicate this was a decision made by upper management. The irony in all of this is that based on Bookmaker’s withdrawal limits and the fact I had my BetPoints deactivated after a large winning streak, it appears the rules were being stacked in favor of BM. Over the past couple of weeks, I proceeded to lose the funds I had won, which validates your withdrawal model works.
In closing, I’m disappointed that your withdrawal limits cannot be increased, but I understand that as a customer I agreed to those terms. However, the fact my BetPoints were deactivated during this time, seems very unfair. Especially considering the volume of play I had daily, which would have likely resulted in tens of thousands of dollars in BetPoints. I realize your management is not willing to change any of these rules, but I ask that they reconsider on the honoring the BetPoints.
If they elect not to do anything, I do want to share my story with certain outlets to ensure consumers are aware and educated. I realize sports gaming is a multibillion-dollar business and is very competitive, but consumers MUST be aware of situations like this to ensure they make the most informed decisions. I appreciate your time and look forward to hearing back from management.
Thank you,
