Account number is jb244965. Created my JustBet account in March of 2024. Was betting mainly baseball and NBA. I had about $18,000 in deposits ad played through about $10,000 in rollover, my profit was ~$5,000. After some weeks later I attempted to login and my account was disabled. I live chatted and then went through the same KYC process I've seen posted around various forums/boards. I was asked for a form (in their format), selfie with ID, and a video of myself reading NBA scores. I sent them all of this and they said thank you then stopped responding.
I live chat about twice and a month and email as well, get told the same "only KYC can help you" they (live chat) did finally confirm my money is still in the account. I just need the KYC email to actually finish up their process/review as I can provide them any and all additional info they need. I've read a few blurbs mentioning they're giving international users a tough time but I'm based in the U.S with a U.S drivers license and all. I've started emailing them from a new email too in case they had the one associated with my account blocked or something lol.
Just some details and hoping to get my account number at least posted somewhere for someone from JustBet to review. Can provide any further proof (if needed for the spreadsheet over pm) Thank you
