Just updated the database with a new case. Player says JB has been unresponsive for 11 months and is holding his/her $49,700 balance.

Same. I was paid the max withdrawal amount once and it was within an hour of submitting it

Very curious if there is some other reason here. Never a payment issue here. Only negative I have with them is no weekend payouts, but otherwise, I consider them almost like a bank.
