Bookmaker.eu ghosting to avoid payouts

That's definitely not asking them to commit tax fraud. That's expecting them to uphold their own withdrawal methods and not penalize a player by forcing them to do one they're not comfortable with. And mind you, if they're cashing them out because they didnt do anything wrong, why are they penalizing them anyway? As long as a book pays, I'm not sure the Player has too much argument about the exact method (crypto, check, bank wire, cash in a bag). It is certainly less-important of an argument, compared to the primary problem of slow-paying and/or no-paying.
You're effectively asking the book to help you commit tax fraud. Which shouldn't be the book's concern at all. They're not responsible for the tax-codes of 200 different countries.
That being said, if the book does insist on bank wire for all withdrawals, it would be entirely reasonable for the Player to say "Going forward, I'll take my business elsewhere. Let me know if you ever change the withdrawal policy, thanks."
There are many reasons why a Player wouldn't want a bank wire. What is probably the most common? Because the Player was hoping to fudge taxes and/or income, and the documentation/trail of a bank wire makes that more difficult. That's definitely not asking them to commit tax fraud. Great response. If I were in this position and concerned that the wire could lead to my account being closed, I would open a new bank account first, then do the wire (grudgingly). There are many reasons why a Player wouldn't want a bank wire. I wasn't accusing daib (or anybody) of anything fishy. Apologize if it came off that way. Just establishing that some people do have "sneaky" reasons for refusing a bank wire, and I don't think the book is 100% obligated to play along with those reasons.
Also, there is a big difference between "The book is no-paying me", compared to "The book is willing to pay me, but not with my preferred method."
For what it's worth, I wouldn't be happy with a bank wire either. I guess I'd grudgingly take the bank wire, and then find another book.
@redthetiger just reported a fast payout in the payouts thread. My contacts also reporting no problems. @pragmatic reporting no issues. You have contacts. What are you hearing? This is beginning to look really bad…
Probably best to keep smaller balances for the time being.

To clarify, I did have to wait a week (which is relatively long for BM). My first crypto request lingered for days, and then was canceled. Then my 2nd crypto request was really quick -- received the crypto in about 45 minutes.@redthetiger just reported a fast payout in the payouts thread. It definitely could be. On the other hand, if it's the same bettor running multiple accouts, we have no way of knowing. However, this sudden spike in complaints from multiple bettors is concerning.
This is of course true. Maybe I'll try a test withdrawal tomorrow. Have a feeling it will be extremely fast and hassle-free, as it has always been.If big Wall Street banks can fail, then so can Bookmaker. Best to keep those balances on the lower end and maybe deposit elsewhere for the time being.
Damn, that was a rollercoaster.
I emailed them twice today no response, still getting the same automated reply from live chat. I also checked cashier > withdraw and they disabled my withdraw options now. It says, "We are sorry. Currently you do not have available withdrawal options. Your account needs further actions before taking a payout. LIVE CHAT"Clearly financial problems going on. I have been expecting $5,000 since last Monday. I am not getting any response whatsoever via email.
How much are you supposed to have?CS statement
