It's easier said than done JJ. But I believe we all need to start off small. Going for walks, swimming etc...

Saturday: 12 min Kettlebell flow in yard, 8 min rope flow and 2-3 min log tussles. barefoot at sunrise

Just took 5 grams on creatine gummies, gonna drink a lot of water & head out to the gym on my bike, 15 mile bike ride round trip currently fasting.
