I believe they hire overseas because it’s cheaper to operate compared to a US based call centerOne thing I have never understood in my whole life. Why is it that the people that are placed in customer service in whatever business are quite often not able to understand you and you not them usually because of a language barrier?
I don't get it. Communication is what they are supposed to be there for. Strong accents and little knowledge of the language make no sense for hiring these people.
