i had to call a uber here today to pick up my car i had in the shop.now it 95 degrees here and the driver showed up with all windows down and no air on, i told him to get the windows up and turn on some air, i never felt any air at all from the time i pick up my car.....

Definitely give him a one star, no tip and add a comment about what happened. I would personally reach out to support and let them know that you had a bad experience, and they should compensate you somehow. If I can be of any assistance, please let me know.

Hell with that. take it as an experience. that dude now KNOWS where you live. To many crazies.
From the driver’s point of view on Uber they keep it very very vague if you get reported as a driver for something. The driver would never know who reported something or even when it was

Your life or property isn't worth taking that chance all to get what a free ride later? Not to mention the aggravation of calling anywhere dealing with customer service which is probably in India. No thanks. time is money...

You can report via the Uber app… Actually, they don’t even have a phone number you can call. For drivers they do, but yes, the support is in India and often times unhelpful 😂

One thing I have never understood in my whole life. Why is it that the people that are placed in customer service in whatever business are quite often not able to understand you and you not them usually because of a language barrier?

I don't get it. Communication is what they are supposed to be there for. Strong accents and little knowledge of the language make no sense for hiring these people.
