You can report via the Uber app… Actually, they don’t even have a phone number you can call. For drivers they do, but yes, the support is in India and often times unhelpful
Their headquarters are based in California but when you talk to someone on the phone as a driver, you’re talking to someone overseas
Or you have to repeat yourself five times in order for them to understand what you’re saying, and even then they still don’t fully understand
