I think it's course specific. My ADR course is ASU via the Center for Legal Studies and gives partial credit toward accreditation for several industry specific mediation bodies.

this is honestly so sad/scary. do certain areas not have the confirmation code on uber whenever you get a ride?? or are they assaulting even after all the confirmations...

What I don't get is, why is 'sexual assault' reported on the platform? That's a LE issue, a criminal charge...who gives a fukk about the Uber platform at that point. I bet there's 3xs as much stalker/ assault shit as reported

uber is trying to save their ass because of all the cases that were brought up over the years. theyre probably just trying to prove to riders that Uber is getting "safer" by only focusing on assault on the platform. not saying it's right. sexual assault is a bigger thing than Uber.
