It is messy usually. You actually need a fork or spoon to keep the meat within the roll. You could complain about them giving you too much if you like.

@BobbyFK here‘s a healthier option to review, this is the best tasting protein item in the entire market regarding my taste buds. You can find them at “most” 5 Below stores for $3 bucks can’t beat that, and the ingredients are overall pretty clean to my standards.
