You would earn points ($ for gift cards) by having your fitness tracker (fitbit, iphone, etc...) track your steps (it didn't work for strength training, only steps). I'd do my treadmill workout and then take my fitbit and put it in a cardboard cylinder (like an oatmeal container) and put it on the treadmill and let it spin for another hour each day.
Racked up hundreds of dollars in gift cards. Only had that insurance for a year though so...![]()
