0 but I have been trying to walk more. I know it’s not the permanent solution, but anything is better than nothing.
Planet Fitness gym membership is $10 a month you won't even feel it in your wallet.

Years ago we had a health insurance plan that paid you for exercising.

You would earn points ($ for gift cards) by having your fitness tracker (fitbit, iphone, etc...) track your steps (it didn't work for strength training, only steps). I'd do my treadmill workout and then take my fitbit and put it in a cardboard cylinder (like an oatmeal container) and put it on the treadmill and let it spin for another hour each day.

Racked up hundreds of dollars in gift cards. Only had that insurance for a year though so... :cry:

If only they had something like that nowadays! That would be a great incentive
