Just to be totally clear on this, what if all of the remaining entries are eliminated in the same week? This was not covered in the rules. Typically in survivor if this happens, all of the entries that lost in the most recent week are ALL back in the contest for the following week. Unless of course this scenario occurs on the final week of the contest, which would mean those entries are the winning entries.

Yes that is correct. Just as if when down to final few and all lose, contest continues.
EDIT: I took your question to mean if everyone loses Week 1 LOL. But answer is still Yes.
