Definitely, has to be one of the hardest bowl seasons to handicap. Don't know how the NCAA could incentivize players to play but feel it's only getting worse with the opt-outs.

They need to move the transfer portal window later (after bowl games).

I know they won't do it because kids want to transfer before spring classes start in their new school but, until the window changes, I think we'll see this continue.
