I think it's widely accepted that for North American sports Pinnacle, Bookmaker and Circa are sharp. I would also throw Betonline into the mix. For soccer it's Pinnacle. European bettors often reference Betfair.

I can't tell you how may times I've tried to use "the Pinnacle Lean" over the years with disastrous results but I've never compared the +EV with those you mention. Maybe I'll give it a go.
