I have a few friends spread out around the US who want to and if this was a few years ago I'd tell them to find someone on localBTC. Now I don't know. Only the shitty high fee BTC atms or google your local area and maybe there is a business/shop of some sort that does it. But I was thinking more just meet a guy at a starbucks and exchange for a few % fee.

Appreciate the offer from flyingillini but none are located in LA.
