Glad they paid and we have record of another payout.

That said - I'm staying away for now. Just simple economics - the inflows are likely reduced with less public money and outflows are well documented from posters concerned with getting paid.

A lot of books have paid me before - and I'd never return. It's not all about paying - there is also that sense of security. Right now it's pretty low here. Hopefully they turn things around and re/establish themselves. But never forget - books like Jazz have paid had issues before, paid and turned right back around to pulling the same stuff.

It's a rough market for some books right now.

I had 21k in my account and so far only received 1k in payouts. Im told I won't be getting anything else. So they are admitting they are just stealing 20k from me. Further back in this very thread Barry Flemming from Wager Coast stated this:

"We have yet to seize anyone's entire balance without pay. Worst case scenario the individual is sent back all previous deposits regardless of winning or losing."

He also stated id at least get all my previous deposits back when we spoke over the phone. Now they are going back on what they said in this very thread. There is no reason I shouldn't get every dime honestly. This place is a clown show and they change what they say and do on a daily basis.

I think it’s safe to say these guys are thieves

I know @djefferis was convinced their “software attack” was real but I have serious doubts.

I think it was just a ploy to buy themselves some time to regroup and take off with a lot of people’s money

My account was disabled by 'Risk Management' over a month ago, I haven't seen $1 since WWS went down. I had 5 Figures in there, most of it was ran up on a hot streak of College Basketball, NBA and NHL Moneylines but I did hit their PropBuilder for a lot, probably 4K+ but it was already over 5 Figures on 'legit' no Odds Based Software bets. I told Barry this on the call, was straight up with them and just wanted back at least what I had in there before the site went down, which had no Prop Action.

Also figured out by accident that TopWager365 is part of their conglomerate. I asked if they were the same company on a different thread here and the answer was no, so I tried to sign up for them and then when I couldn't register and it said I already had a registered email in their system, I heard back from Willy and he told me just to use the Wager Coast site. Shortly after, that's when my account access was disabled.

So I sit here, out 5 Figures, with the faintest hope they will make some of this right.

I remain of the opinion the DDoS was a real thing - simply too common of a tactic taken against offshore books these days and if book wanted to skip town with player funds/slow pay - they could easily do it without the story. Jazz/BetPhoenix have been slow paying for months and don’t bother with excuses.

As to TopWager365 and BetWWS being “affiliated” - my understanding is they share a common host who provides services to PPH’s. Could have told you that as many others who have used both could as well - as signing up with WWS was an issue with both books sharing the common host.

The similarities ended there - WWS offered higher limits and higher payouts - TW365 was decidedly rec focused with low limits and smaller payouts. To my knowledge- no payout complaints against TW365 at all and they were not effected in the DDoS (haven’t not used them since being shut down - which was coincidentally about the time o first played at WWS - but I do believe that was a coincidence).

As to risk management issues - I also strongly suspect both books were targeted by a small group of players exploiting their bonuses and softer lines - especially on props. Does this justify theft of funds or lack of communication - no. But it does explain both why a book is selectively paying some players and holding off paying others.

Again - have nothing in either book and both treated me well and paid every dime to me. I was welcome at WWS prior to all this and had been shot down for winning at TW365. I’d certainly be playing at WWS if there weren’t so many red flags of problems from all this and hope to see both books back on solid standing this August when football resumes. It’s unfortunately just a rough time of the year for books to bring in new money and there are only so many profitable players out there. Hopefully more people wake up and realize how seriously badly they are being treated by the “legal” apps and move offshore - and recognize the superior service a small book can provide.

Yes - there are risk in the end. But would you rather pay less vig and take a little risk or pay more vig and know your balance is secure in the pockets of some Wall Street type. Myself - I’ll pay less and take a little risk.
