Same here. Not looking great, but don’t see why they keep dragging us along if they aren’t gonna pay. But at this point I don’t think I’m seeing it.

Same with that ones from betwws site. I contact them via live chat, always very responsive. Then we switched to mails for the payout.

This is very different from what they keep telling me. They tell me they are still working on the cashier and when it's ready they will resume payouts. They have been saying this for weeks. Every time I ask for an update they claim they are close to completing it but then another week passes with nothing. I have received $0 in payouts so far. They do always respond via chat so I'll at least give them that. It's very sketchy that some people are reporting being paid yet they tell me they haven't resumed payouts yet. It's hard to trust anything they are saying at this point.

While I don't have any inside info, I could say that it looks a honest place in the end. Show some optimism and patience maybe..

I was willing to give them the benefit of any doubts but after all this time things don't seem to be right . Even if they are honorable I can't see risking money at the level of incompetence seen here.

Got to agree - there’s just something not adding up here.

At best - you have management selectively paying accounts who they know are regular posters. Not exactly the best way to calm things down as it shows favoritism and implies that the people who complain publicly are going to get preferential treatment - or that you are knowingly paying posters who agreed to share experiences to try and restore inflows of cash.

I’ve been a supporter and customer in the past - but just too many warning signs at the moment.

I hate to compare experiences - but feels eerily similar to my experience at Wager6 - where I was paid 100% of what I was owed as well (low 5 figures) - they paid, but never seemed to be a clear line of communication and ultimately felt like a lot of run around and payments only when money came in to them.

I was very close to depositing about 2 weeks ago - but hesitated based off this thread. Probably will pass going forward until they have re-established a track record.

The hack I have no doubt occurred - but why the 2 websites ? Just feels like they are trying to stay one step ahead of Google and negative comments.

Yes I made a request before all this happened as well. Still no payout and others are reporting getting paid. Im not very hopeful at this point.

I can only express for myself where the case is they didn't ask me for anything e.g. to make a post or sth.

On the contrary, once I had a request on them, it was not served. The request was about the limits which shortened in the new site. Although I didn't like it, this shows they try to manage their exposure. It's one of the measures to protect your services when you are not pinnacle or bookmaker. An other measure would be to move their lines according to the bet volume but it may require a sophisticated/advanced software.

Concluding, they may try to figure out and settle their operational model as they are new in the area.

Understood- I do not mean to suggest you (or any other) poster sharing experience of getting paid there is being paid to post - quite the opposite.

I think it’s just simply more a case of favoritism of players they want to keep playing - vs. ones they deem unprofitable or otherwise don’t care about. Not a reflection on the players at all - only the book.

And while it’s perfectly fine for a book to not grant “favors” to a single player - or make exceptions to a player who is someone the book wants to continue a relationship with - it’s also in poor judgement/practice to pay 1 player and stiff/delay others without explanation/communication. Isn’t that the entire Jazz thread for example recently in a nutshell - people getting promised payouts and then being delayed weeks with nothing. Even if they make right and pay every cent - the damage is done.

I strongly doubt books are strong arming ANYONE to post positive stories these days. It’s too easy to see for example who is behind it. A poster with 11 post shows up and says “this book is great - pays and gives a huge bonus” it’s immediately suspect…likewise when that same poster begins to trash every other competing shop - pretty obvious. Unlike a certain mod at a formerly great sports betting review forum though - I don’t presume that anyone who post a positive opinion on a book is being paid is a shill though.

Excellent point. Paying only a select few just infuriates those that are not being paid.
